Piezosurgery is dental surgery using an ultrasonic surgical instrument.  It is safer than the traditional dental handpiece or scalpel.  Piezosurgery leads to better healing, less inflammation, and less post-operative pain.  Dr Tyberg uses Piezosurgery for extractions, grafting, sinus lifts, and crown lengthening.
